Sea moss gel
Only my 2nd week taking the sea moss gel but I've noticed a difference in my gut health. Slight but a difference for sure. It also has curved my appetite I take 1 tablespoon in the morning usually around 6am and I won't feel hungry until about 2 /3 pm. I love it so far.
